Love my new jeans! They are perfect!

Delivery was nearly 1 month and quality of item very poor.

Delivery is an issue, items in website should tell if item is shipping from US or Canada. I have had 2 orders with delayed delivery. 1 order had to be refunded as the items were actually not in the US warehouse.

Ordered 2 sweet summer dresses. One took longer than expected to arrive, but Oak&Pearl were wonderful to deal with! Will def continue to order!!!

I placed my order for two tops, and after a week or almost two weeks of waiting for my order to ship, I emailed customer care. They said they would contact their warehouse and then a day later it finally shipped. Coming from the US I had to wait another two weeks for my shipment to be delivered. I'm not impressed and won't be ordering from them again.

I ordered a preorder dress about 2 months ago and I messaged to find out when it might be shipped. The next message I received was that it was just shipped but no actual response to my message. So I guess I can assume my order got missed somehow and my message prompted someone to notice and ship it? Some actual communication would have been much better. I hope the dress is worth it.

Amazing customer service. I've recently bought a few things but unfortunately had to return some because of sizing. The return team is very responsive and helpful. The quality of the clothings is also good. One feedback is to add a bit more sizing information on the description.
