Customer service is a little slow but my issue did get resolved.

Horrible experience. My item took forever to be delivered. I spent so much money returning g thins that didn’t fit. I will stick with companies that do free shipping/ it’s too hard ordering clothing to try when it cost sooo much to return.

The cardigan received was definitely not the one pictured on the site. The colors are not the same, and the yarn is absolutely not the same. I feel like this was a bait and switch scheme, especially because, on returning this, I have to take a credit, not get a refund. This sweater looks like a $20 piece of junk from China, not the soft, fuzzy cardigan with beautiful colors for over $100 shown on the site. How can I ever trust that using the credit will get me quality clothing when I got this piece of junk?

Disappointed as first item was misplaced somewhere in shipping and then I was refunded.

you are always helpful if i have questions. my favorite in shopping with you is that you put the models size and measurements on. that is immensely helpful when online shopping

Absolutely awful customer service. The worst company I have ever encountered. Dont order from them, you won’t receive products as you have paid for. Will take months and you won’t ever receive a refund even if the order isn’t fulfilled. Horrible, horrible, horrible company

Love the items I have purchased from Oak & Pearl. My only complaint is some items that are pre-order took months to arrive! It was difficult to get an answer about items from the support team at times.

My experience is frustrated as when the clothes are great awesome, but many don't fit. To return is so expensive.
