Delivery, not kept informed of delivery date have not received my fabric
I placed my order on 9/17/25 and you stated it was on the way and fed ex still does not recognize the shipping # and this is 9/20/25. Very concerned that I cannot find out any info. Sent email today asking for info on status of my fabric. So disappointed. Linda Boehm

While my samples were sent immediately, when I placed an order and what I wanted was out of stock, I was neither sent an email telling me this nor my payment refunded until I followed-up 5 days later. I allowed extra time because it was the 3-day weekend, but if the "we're out of this" email had been sent and my refund made without asking for it, I could have moved on to other choices sooner.
