The black bean fettuccini is excellent! I had it with just a simple sesame oil sauce, and it was delicious. It’s also very filling, and a great protein source!

This is the best low carb pasta I have ever tried and I have tried a lot of them. All others I tried are like chewing rubber bands. I do cook them a little longer then the instructions say. I will definitely be ordering more.

I enjoy eating pasta but stay away from it because it isn't really healthy and puts weight on. My Nutri-noodles are extremely low in calories and pretty healthy. Make sure and rinse them in cold water for a couple of minutes because they have a fishy smell out of the package but no smell when rinsed. I am very pleased with the product. They taste like rice noodles to me and blend well in whatever I am preparing. Thank you NurtriNoodle for having this product.
