okay taste but not very low carb
The taste was okay but we had to cook it longer than you say or it would have been very hard. It is even better the next day after reheating in the microwave. Unfortunately it raises my blood sugar so not really very low carb.

It Really Tastes Like Pasta!!
I LOVED the NutriNoodle!!!! It actually tasted like pasta!! It was a little more 'toothsome' than regular pasta...which I liked, I like my pasta al dente so this was perfect. I also found it more filling than regular pasta. I will be buying more!!! I highly recommend this pasta!!!

I love this product! Alfredo noodles made a great casserole and didn't raise my blood sugar. Amazing! Gave the garlic noodles to my brother to try. He made the recipe on the back and was very pleased how great it tasted. Thanks for such a great product!!

I had to go on
I had to go on a low carb diet and I love pasta. I ordered a a great collection of the soybean spaghetti, black bean wide noodle and the eddamame pasta. I have tries the soybean and the black bean so far and I absolutely love the products. I eat that daily with different vegetables and parmesan.For me this is absolutely delicious and filling. I cook the whole box and divide the pasta in 6 portions for one meal and freeze them. They freeze well and come out like freshly cooked. I will definitely reorder when I run out.
