I'm new to the fresh milled flour club and researched all of the available mills. So glad I purchased the Nutrimill. I love that the flour is contained in the bowl, it's not too loud, and it's fairly compact so I can store it in my cupboard easily. It's so easy to use. I've made a quick bread and my first yeast bread and I LOVE fresh milled flour so much. It's amazing how different it is!
