Click and collect system needs an improvement. Doesn't give you that option to collect from store of your choice. Your order will be allocated to one store and someone will contact you where you want to collect your order. So waiting time takes longer for your order to processed and ready for collection.

Nearly 4 weeks in and I am yet to get my products. The manager was supposed to look into what was holding up the delivery but never got back to me. My second follow up email is yet to get a reply.

Reliable and speedy delivery

Communication isn't the best. Had to chase up to find 1 component was on back-order. Of course, it was the cheapest thing, but held up the order for far too long. Once the order arrived, everything was there, so all good. Bit suspect about the quality of the manifold, so decided to use a different brand sourced locally.
