The product is top notch, and has helped me tremendously, customer service is very friendly, but take a little to long to respond to emails. The reason for the three stars, is the delivery is extremely slow, especially for a supplement company. I would be more than willing to pay for upgraded shipping, but if that is not an option, I would suggest finding a carrier that can deliver the products in a more timely manner. Examples-Ordered August 23 and received product September 2-Florida To Maine. Ordered August 31 and received the product on September 8, Florida to Delaware. Hope this helps!
