I’ve been very happy with your products and customer service for twenty years. I was a little disappointed with my last order. I wanted to speak with someone who was familiar with the products to be assured if I was ordering the correct products and how to take them. The person working in customer service was new to the company and unfamiliar with the products. She was not helpful.

Customer service is always throughout the years helpful! And most of the time my packages arrived quickly! I live in the state of Georgia and sometimes (as we've had quite a fiasco with a new opening of a facility) Even then Nutramedix manages to make sure I get my product!
