The website seemed less user friendly than the last time I had used it - about 4 years ago. It is still fairly easy to download the course material and the certificate of completion. I did not like the fact that once I added a course to my account, it would not allow me to remove it. I did reach out by email for them to remove several courses, and they did - just not the right ones.

Simple help. Quick resolution

Found the website Confusing to navigate at times. Once in the course it was OK but getting from signing up for unlimited plan to picking courses was complicated.

I did not hope to sign up for a yearly subscription

System is easy to move around in. Customer service is prompt and has a solution. There is a wide verify of courses. I have a year of services with ability reup. This is good. I intend too. Thank you Nursing CE. Did I say I really like the availability of courses? And I did not look into all of them.
