The whole process from ordering and getting the hair straightener in the mail was excellent. The actual hair tool is the best I’ve had ever! Even my daughter has hers also. The megastar hot tool is the best hair tool I’ve gotten so far. I have the hot comb and another model of a straightener. So far I’m happy with my purchases. I’ve recommended to my friends and they have bought some tools also.
