Quick shipping

I loved all the scents I got, however with the first shipment they leaked and the box was completely saturated (but smelled lovely. ) I sent an email, and while, I still cannot find a response or acknowledgment they received it (not sure if it is coming from NuAromas or someplace else), they must have gotten the email, as they reshipped all the products. Thankfully the second shipment arrived safe and sound. Regarding the lack of response, this is actually the second email I sent and can find no response from customer service. It may be user error on my part, but overall I am impressed with the products and the company as a whole, I just wish they wrote back! Still, it is not enough to deter me and I am now branching out to use their other products besides the room spray - I wish they did scent boosters for the laundry and dryer sheets!

My order came in 4 days amazing

I ordered 4 different items (different quantities) but only received this one White Sands room freshener spray. I was never contacted as to why. After going back, looking around the site to find what I had ordered, I see that the other 3 items sold out ‘after’ I ordered them? How was I even able to put them in my basket if they were sold out? Disappointed
