I have not received my order after almost 7 weeks of ordering. Apperantly they emailed me a couple of days after the order to confirm a measurment and didnt hear back. I emailed them 4 and 5 after placing the order and they said they were running late on production. After 6 weeks i emailed them asking for a refund and thats when they said it is my fault the order is lqte because i didnt reply to their email 6 weeks ago. It is of course not true. They could have emailed again or they could have said something when I emailed. I no longer want the items and have asked for a refund, but they have not responded for days. Taking people's money IS NOT Ok

Fabulous company that I have ordered from before. Very good communication. They told me my order would be late and that was fine. I keep forgetting that if I order over £100 into the UK, then taxes apply. So a bit annoying but all my fault. Will just have to order under the £100 next time.

My dress arrived a bit latter than it was originally planned, but I was kept informed. I didn’t mind at all waiting for something made on order and with adjustments. Overall everything went really well !

I am very happy with the blouse and appreciate the sustainable way the clothing is made. It was great to be able to choose from so many colours. The cost of the item was more than the website showed as substantial taxes were added and there was a delay in despatch due to supply problems but I was not in a rush to receive it and the communication from the company was good.

All pieces I ordered were fantastic. I will order again and recommend to friends.

The service to adjust some things on a garment is special, but I had to wait very long before my order arrived.

Very helpful when I accidentally ordered the wrong size. A very beautiful product. Took longer to arrive than stated so I didn’t get it in time for my holidays. Also delivery company left it on my doorstep even though I had arranged to have it delivered to a neighbour.

The item came quite late, later than expected. It is a great company, but it seems they got behind due to the many orders they had. That caused a problem with scheduling and we were not home when the item finally came. Although the service team was very helpful, the situation became stressful.

Ich habe mir direkt zwei Kleider bestellt und bin begeistert! Dass man kleine Änderungen vornehmen kann, ist ein großes plus und dann ein paar Wochen zu warten gar kein Problem finde ich :) ich überlege schon, wann ich das nächste Mal bestelle ;)
