It felt like a bit of a leap of faith ordering so many pieces from a company I'd never used before, but I needn't have worried. The quality of the linen is exceptional and every garment has been beautifully made with obvious care and attention to detail. The craftsmanship is outstanding and everything arrived carefully and sustainably packaged. I was particularly impressed with the custom sizing process. I followed the measuring guide and requested a few adjustments, and every single piece fits beautifully. Ordering clothing online can be daunting especially when its made to order, but the process was straightforward and the results exceeded my expectations. From start to finish, the whole experience has been very good - the communication, quality and service have all been excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Not Perfect Linen to anyone looking for beautifully made, high quality linen clothing and I'll definitely be ordering more pieces when I return from my holiday. . . . . after just the first wash at 30 degrees, all the garments had shrunk by at least two sizes. I have never seen linen shrinking that much. Unfortunately, none of the three items fit anymore—a real shame.

Very good customer service

I'm very happy with my first order, a Sion skirt and a wrap top, both in honey yellow, a vibrant mustard shade. The fit, the drape, and the weight of the linen are the best I've ever had. I wear a U. S. size 8, size 34G bust, and I found that the size large was perfect for both the skirt and the top. I did customize my top by adding two inches of length because my height is 5'7'', and I find that the belt hits my natural waist perfectly because of it. I could've perhaps gotten away with the M/L but I'm currently pregnant and got this to wear through pregnancy and am happy with how comfortable it sits above my baby bump. Already eyeing what I want to buy next!

NPL is always perfect for me! Especially the mama dresses with short sleeves. I never alter the length b/c they know their designs. I am a former tech designer, they got their proportions down! No other linen company even comes close. Oversize is meant to be oversized!

this brand helps me control my impulse purchases. the brand is an amazing brand that makes me think harder before commiting to purchasing. I now only want to purchase from this shop and reduce the unnecessary things

The fabric is fantastic. It actually feels like linen that will last. The colors are rich and beautiful. The main highlight is the pattern of the garment. There are no back pleats but I can move my arms so freely, and the bust darts make for no gaping. I wasn't sure about the rounded collar but it's so delightfully relaxed while still being clean. There is ease in all the right places, but none in the wrong ones.

Heel blij met mijn bestelde rokken. Het meest lastige van het hele proces was het kiezen uit de vele kleuren. Daarna goed op de hoogte gehouden over mijn bestelling en mijn bestelling is keurig verpakt afgeleverd. De rokken zijn van prachtige kwaliteit en zitten fijn.
