Had to wait a bit longer due to stock shortages then had some issue with sending to the wrong address due to prolonged wait period,but everything was solved very quickly and efficiently! Very good communication!

The wait is a little long, so you definitely need to be patient, but it’s well worth it in the end. Both my trousers and shirt are absolutely beautiful and incredibly well made. The fabric is gorgeous, the colours are stunning, and the attention to detail is second to none. Everything feels thoughtfully made and really high quality. There’s something so warm and personal about these pieces — I honestly feel like my favourite aunts made them for me with love. I’ll definitely be ordering from them again. The quality more than justifies the price, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase.

The items I received were lovely quality and the alterations I asked for were implemented perfectly. I love the heavyweight linen, the natural drape it has and how comfortable it is to wear. I neglected to measure myself for one item, the bay crop top, and ended up with an item much too small for me. I do realize it's my fault for not measuring myself before ordering; still, I'd like to note that it would perhaps be more convenient for customers if the sizing at NPL was more in line with those commonly encountered in other stores. I, for one, am a true size S and have never encountered anything that was as claustrophobically tight as the bay crop top in S. Again, my fault for not measuring myself, but I do believe this can cause unnecessary friction with customers, especially first-time customers. In addition, when I made my order, I was informed it would take 4 weeks until delivery. It ended up taking 7-8 weeks until the items finally made it to my house. I 100% understand this can happen with slow-paced fashion, but in terms of customer service I found it really disappointing that the delay was never announced to me as the customer. I had to enquire myself about the state of the order and when I did, the delay was communicated without an offer to withdraw my order or any kind of compensation for waiting for my order twice as long as originally announced. Eventually, the order arrived just days before I was leaving on summer vacation, so if it had arrived just a little later, the local post office would have simply sent it back to NPL because there would have been no one home to receive the order. This is why I believe it's important to communicate upcoming delays to customers (especially as a small company with what should be more manageable sales volumes), give them options to cancel for free, and, ideally, offer some sort of compensation. Even something small like a voucher for the next purchase would have alleviated a lot of my frustration about paying a premiu...
