I recently purchased a Sony MEX-M72BT for my 2012 FLHTK. I was really concerned about the wire splicing that is required with most all aftermarket head units. I called and spoke with a marvelous lady named Jess and who was unbelievably knowledgeable with my bike and setup, even described the type of pin connectors in my OEM harnesses. She knew everything about the radio I was interested in and told me about their harness program which worked out great. They sold me a complete harness setup designed for my situation and they all came pre installed on my radio which had been inspected by their team. One of these harnesses allowed me to have 💯 factory control of all of my handlebars controls, no splicing, completely plug and play. I received it and had it installed in 15 minutes and they even had a full instructional video done by one of their own shop techs and it worked out perfectly. The day I installed it I was trying to get the face to the color blue like my gauges which I switched a while ago to LED bulbs but was a little lost in the settings. I called back and spoke with another marvelous lady (Taylor) who went in the back with the owner and pulled my same radio and worked it out and came right back to me on the phone and had me programmed exactly like I wanted in 2 minutes. It's hard to find this level of professionalism with almost anything today, and these folks far exceeded my expectations. I can't say enough about the whole experience.

I purchased a plug and play harness for my 2015 Road Glide with a Sony head unit. I've done many stereo installs and this harness with SWC works flawless and was so simple to install. My bike has 10 speakers and 5 amplifiers so I was a little skeptical.

Just received my stereo yesterday. Everything was excellent, wiring was better than OEM HD. Cant wait till spring to put it in.

I bought a radio for my Harley in October, 2023. Installed it and it worked great. Bike sat in garage until late March and I started riding it. I left for a 6 day ride in June and the radio locked up. None of the buttons worked. Tried to reset it, cleaned connections, etc. Nothing worked. I called Note Cycles and explained what was going on. They sent me a return code. Once I shipped it back they immediately shipped me a brand new replacement. It is working great! One of the reasons I originally ordered from Notes Cycles was their excellent ratings. I am very satisfied and would highly recommend doing business with them.

Great upgrade for my original 2003 Harley Ultra Classic. It's true what they say, just plug and play. Great e-mail response when I had a simple question, and their video showing the installation is top notch! Hope to purchase from them again soon!

Great product,great video that covers a very easy install! Had an issue with with the female ports on the stereo itself was threaded sideways...I was able to rethread and make it work! Harness is very simple and labeled . Came packaged well and ready to go! Would def buy from again. Thanks!

I purchased a Sony stereo separately then purchased the HD to Sony connector. I have to say that this was the easiest way to install and sync the steering wheel controls. Very simple and easy to install. Well worth the money Thank you so much.

Note Cycles, Purchased a Sony DSX M80 for my replacement of the stock HD radio on my 2011 Streetglide. A great product and was able utilize my exsisting amp along with my 6.5 speakers. (Fairing speakers only} The output and clarity of the system is great. I bought the radio back on March 29th it has been working perfect. Got stuck in a rainstorm a week ago wasn't in it very long but the radio did get a little wet now my radio has quit in general the display works everything lights up but it's non functional. I have tried to call and email several times and got no response

I recently bought and installed a HDHU14si head unit in my 2014 Streetgilde. I called prior to get several questions answered and the majority were answered. I was nervous about installing because I had an aftermarket amp installed and this wasn't covered in the video as to what issues it may present. After getting into it, it went pretty easily. My 2014 bike had some differences under the hood from the one in their video. However nothing that I could figure out and the amp was no issue at all. Just go along like it isn't there as far as wiring goes, nothing to do, at least on mine. I had a Rockford & Fosgate speaker and amp kit previously installed. Anyway, I'd say it took a little more than an hour but not much. I did not yell or cuss one time to say how easy this was. One question I had and still don't know as of writing this is if the auto volume works. I also discovered that the volume switch on the handle bar that advances songs on the radio also does not work. The volume works but the switch no longer advances to the next song. The radio seems fairly simple to operate, just need to get in and play around with the buttons. Also, I got the radio the next day. But I do only live one state away.

Received my unit today and they are right plug and play everything works. I have an HD upgrade amp and speakers and could turn it all the way up sounded good but OMG the new unit turned that amp into a monster with the EQ settings I now can only turn it up half way it's crazy loud. I'm so happy with this unit does everything they say it will.

Finally found the time today to install the Sony XAV-AX7000 on my Ultra Limited FLHTK 2014. No problems at all thanks to the installation video. Works perfectly with Android Auto. Overall very satisfied with Note Cycles.
