I planed to do most of the work to install a back up home generator. I dug the ditch for the wire, I bought the wire from you before I found out I could not use it. The power and the control wires must be in separate conduits. I separated them as was required by code. My electrician had to separate the wires again inside my house. My mistake was trying to save time and money. Both failed.

We received both generators in good condition, except for the pallet, it was broken on one generator and there is no tie down clamp to mount on permanent pad. if you can send me one that would be great.
