What is the max Decibels reading?
Looking at the 18000 W gen. Can't find out how loud it is. The max decibel of this generator

Damaged product
I recieved a 10K Generator, box & shipping looked fine, opened two days later to find the cover damaged! I call the company to see if they could send a replacement cover! After 2 attemps, I was told that they wouldn't do anything for me. This is the 8th generator that I have purchased thru Norwall. San excuse for customer service.
