Quick quality service. Would have appreciated an auto response when the bag was received with an ETA for repair. Had to reach out to confirm it arrived safely. But once I reached out I got a quick response. I know it was also near the holidays so the delayed communication was understandable.

I paid for 2 day shipping. After it was shipped it took 4 days to get to me.

I've travelled all over the country with my bag from North St. over 10 years. When the zipper final gave up I was so pleased to see that the team stood by the product quality and repaired it so quickly.

The 14 L works perfect for commuting. I can fit my laptop, clothes, and food snuggly in the bag. Tested the waterproof up to light drizzles and it worked no problem. Easily and securely mounts on panniers. Really excellent craftsmanship and a great bag overall!

They did an awesome job addressing all the things that I pointed out that needed fixing. They went above and beyond and repaired some items that looked like they were wearing out. The repair was fast and quick, and I am very grateful.
