A great product! I checked out the other exter hold dippers, no comparison. Great fit, great holding capacity, with real transport of urine to the storage layers. They always feel dry.

As someone who’s new to adult diapers I did a lot of reading up on their features. Everything I’ve read about the Megamax says these are the Cadillac of diapers. Leaks have been my greatest concern and the Megamax has earned my trust that I’ll never have to worry there because of their thickness, absorbency and tall leak gaurds. The wicking is impressive. Liquid appears to always be held away from the inner lining. I really appreciate this as incontinence is new to me (and to be blunt: it’s gross). Because of Megamax’s incredible absorbency you don’t have to change as often. They make sleeping with incontinence virtually worry free. Their odor control is a wonderful feature too. In short these diapers handle any issues you can throw at them so you can focus on living again. I can’t thank you guys enough. You’re making my recovery time a whole lot easier. You make an exceptional product!
