I am a single father of a special needs adult son. He has soaked thru the Medicaid provided diapers with an insert. I used 2 Medicaid diapers with a Medicaid insert and he STILL soaked through all of it, and onto the pad he sits or sleeps on. I was washing 3 loads of clothes and pads and bedding per day since he became an adult. He keeps his hands around his mouth constantly so I fought infections and illnesses due to his incontinence. His room smelled like pee due to the soaked diapers and clothing. My time washing and drying plus the expense of water and electricity. Medicaid just didn’t care, they paid for what they paid for, but they won’t pay for these. In steps advice from a support group about these diapers. I bought some from Amazon to try them out and like a miracle, I didn't spend all morning washing his stuff. He slept better. I slept better too. Still trying to work out how to pay for these tho. I find the fit somewhere between a normal Megamax Large and XLarge. This made the fit absolutely perfect for me. The crinkle was great, the Pack Pals also held fast against the tide of evil! I truly hope that more people get to enjoy this diaper.
