I've hated my walk in closet since buying the house 4 1/2 yrs ago. I looked in all the home improvement/DYI stores before finding Northern KY Cedar on the interweb. Immediately, I was impressed. And, literally, for just a little bit more, this system is the best overall. Naturally beautiful and solid wood that has the unique scent of cedar. I'm confident in stating that the system will last the lifetime of the house. I also believe that this system will be desirable to any future buyer, and all money spent will be recovered with interest.

I love the smell of the cedar and the look. You did not provide enough hardware though. We had to use some of our own.

I purchased 2 cedar shelves for a sweater closet. They work great, smooth and sturdy. They were easy to cut to length and mount. Shipping was also very fast!

I love my purchase and I purchased a lot.

Some of the pieces arrived damaged. I know they say to inspect all of the pieces but if you have to say that, maybe package them differently.

I usually build all my own closet organizers. However, when I checked their prices, and looked at the reviews for NKC, I decided to give it a try. I could not have made my own organizer for much less. Quality was superb. Nothing warped or low quality. Packaged perfectly. I did end up spraying 3 light coats of Clear Satin Lacquer on everything before installing. I did it mainly to change the wood tones from the pinkish hues to a more brown tone. But I have to say it looked fantastic, and added a layer of stain protection. I would 100% buy from NKC again. This was one of the best purchases I have made that made me feel good about the purchase. Don't hesitate. This is the real deal.
