I was so excited to get my new S22i. All shiny and packed with a bunch of fun tech. I was so misguided. The bike is wobbly, the ergo is wrong, and the display/connectivity has never worked correctly. I should have bought a bicycle instead of the heap of scrap metal that sets in my gym reminding me of the bad decisions I have made in my life.

The white glove install was good, however, there is a piece missing from the front of the bike that they told me would be sent to me and it never was. Other than that everything was great

Bike is good and enjoy using. Only reason for 4 stars is my family and I find it difficult to adjust and get the seat positioning just right. I share the bike with 2 others in my family and all 3 of us have to set it to different positions for comfort. We all find the bike difficult to adjust and get right every time for the most comfortable position.
