In my opinion, charging 15 euros for delivery sets an expectation of a faster or more efficient service. When delivery still takes a long time, the cost feels difficult to justify and disappointing as a customer.

Site is reasonably user friendly, would be nice though if it would be possible to easy select options when it comes to the electrolytes - like for example choose only for the Daily or Performance and then have a dropdown menu for the flavors and a checking box for single serves or a jar. One thing that I would improve most of all is not having AI customer service. It’s giving “shut up and give your money” vibes because it’s not personal and doesn’t allow people to build a connection (and thus loyalty) towards your brand. Your products are amazing but that isn’t always enough to keep people coming back.

All perfect, except the delivery from UPS is the worst possible currier, they never wait more than 30” to deliver the goods, and even if you are at home waiting for them, they manage to leave only a note and not the package
