In my opinion, charging 15 euros for delivery sets an expectation of a faster or more efficient service. When delivery still takes a long time, the cost feels difficult to justify and disappointing as a customer.

Site is reasonably user friendly, would be nice though if it would be possible to easy select options when it comes to the electrolytes - like for example choose only for the Daily or Performance and then have a dropdown menu for the flavors and a checking box for single serves or a jar. One thing that I would improve most of all is not having AI customer service. It’s giving “shut up and give your money” vibes because it’s not personal and doesn’t allow people to build a connection (and thus loyalty) towards your brand. Your products are amazing but that isn’t always enough to keep people coming back.
