Ordered my coat on a Monday and received it on Wednesday of the same week! Very impressed.

I’m a bit disappointed with customer service but otherwise I’m happy with my order. When it was finally shipped it look only a few days but prior to that it took around a month back and forth with customer service before that happened.

I was able to get my questions answered quickly, ordering was easy, my jacket came quickly (quicker than expected!), and I love my new jacket!
