I’ve owned one of this brand’s jackets for about 10 years and used it every season, including for snowboarding. It held up great and is the reason I came back looking for something new. I decided to try the Jacob Parka for a fresher style and different colour, but I was honestly disappointed with how stiff the material felt. Since it was a final sale item, I reached out hoping to exchange it—but the process was pretty frustrating. Support was limited, not very helpful, and came across as dismissive, which made the whole situation harder than it needed to be. In the end, I had to return it, wait for a gift card, and then repurchase a different style. I went with the bomber, which is closer to what I originally had. The material feels a bit cheaper compared to my old jacket, but overall I’m happy with it and it does the job well. Despite the hassle with the exchange process, I still like the brand and I’m hoping this jacket lasts me for years to come like my last one did. Great product overall, but the customer support and return process could definitely be improved.
