J'ai commandé un manteau pour la première fois et j'ai reçue un manteau qui ne m'allait pas bien au niveau de la grandeur. Je porte habituellement xsmall et les manches ne fitait pas bien, je ne pouvais pas simplement mettre une couche de chandail en dessous alors j'ai commandé small et le small était très grand. Je n'ai donc pas garder ce manteau. Malgré le fait qu'il avait été acheté en promotion et que nous ne pouvons pas se faire rembourser dans cette situation, le service clientèle m'a quand même pris en considération cette situation et m'a dit pouvoir faire ce retour. Excellent service clientèle avec réponse rapide.

Delivered as promised on time. The packaging is nice and protects the items inside well. I have been a long-term customer with Noize. The quality is good and the zippers, buttons are of good quality. Some coats are really great and flattering and others are just OK. I normally wait till items go on sale because noize is not the most inexpensive store.

These feel really soft, and they look cute. I bought sweat pants from Noize before and they lasted a year and half before getting a hole, but I wore them a lot. These run true to size, a little baggy in certain areas but it depends on your body type. I have an hour glass shape so it's a little baggy on my stomach area but not on my legs so that's why I said true to size. I usually wear xl for pants but large for shirts.
