I had a product, that had spilled during transit, replaced immediately without any hassle. The packaging on orders is excellent and very neat and receiving a pouch and discount products with your orders are always a bonus. Well done girls!!

no face skincare has become my go-to for skin care and salon quality skin products as they’ve proven reliable and fast with excellent support when things go awry. I wish they’d go back to their old delivery service through auspost/StarTrack as I prefer that over go people couriers but o haven’t had any issues yet.

I've been shopping at no face skincare for many many years. I've always loved their range of beauty products and their loyalty program is excellent. The website is so easy to navigate and I always find what I am looking for. Shipping costs are always low and they always ship so quickly.

I never usually write reviews, but was actually really pleasantly surprised with my experience here. I ordered some skincare items (cheapest I’ve seen them). The items arrived within 2 days, exactly what I expected and beautifully packed.

Simply wonderful customer service. Prompt delivery, a couple of surprise goodies and a pouch in every box and outstanding support when things don’t go as planned. My parcel was “delivered” by a company and I couldn’t find it for days. Jada from no face skincare REPLACED it, added extra goodies at no cost and sent it via Australia Post. Jada was just brilliant. Kind, empathetic and very professional. Thank you so much to a wonderful company.

But really I wanted to come here and give thanks and my 5 stars to No Facebeauty! In this current climate (covid) it’s been tough.... I’m a mum of three with a small bNFy and a child with special needs who as anyone in NSW would know r home doing school.... shops aren’t open anyway and I have been in real need of a “glow up” No Facebeauty helped me! How? First off they have great customer service! They’re very friendly and get back to you straight away (given it is within working hours) the pack it and send it and I honestly receive it the next morning!! To me those are two of the most important things! J can’t go out I don’t have time to do anything... I appreciate anyone who can get me my stuff quick and also who actually get back to you! I’m not really here to talk about the products although it is actually something I absolutely love right now (olaplex) and I absolutely do recommend it especially for people like me who has over stressed skin due to constantly bleaching and colouring! I finally found something to help my skin!

I've shopped at no face skincare for a few years now without a problem, however last week my package was stolen- at the fault of the courier. I purchesed around $200+ of skincare and was completely devastated when it happened as I didn't think I would be able to get it resent or refunded because it wasn't No Faces fault. I contacted them and to my surprise they immediately offered to resend or refund my purchase, not only that but they included a free gift! I have never had such exceptional customer service from any other company in my whole life! knowing they are a relatively small (compared to Sephora etc) Australian owned brand makes it even more impressive and I'm so happy (even excited) to know my money is going to a company that highly values its customers. I would encourage EVERYONE to shop here. Side note: they are also very budget inclusive with the range of products they carry which is always lovely. Thank you No Face!!!!
