I would not order makeup from anywhere else. The customer services is incredible - sometimes have ordered in the morning and it arrives the same day! An Australian company so that makes it even better. I don't get the bad reviews on here - especially the ones saying they are not genuine products or the packaging in faulty???? I am sure these are fake reviews! All products come beautifully packaged with enough padding to prevent any damage - the packaging is always the same and comes with a chocolate treat, which is a lovely touch. I order a few times a month and it is ALWAYS consistent. no face skincare would also NEVER sell a fake product. To me, no face skincare is to makeup as the Iconic is to clothes.

Unfortunately the collection times did not work for me so I called no face skincare to see how they could help and they send a replacement package via express post to my Australia Post parcel locker and arranged for the other deliver to be returned - I was able to collect my order the next day from the parcel locker!

Received my order in the time frame stated. No problems. Happy. Would order from them again. It's nice to get a little discount to try and a pouch. These little touches are nice and give a welcoming feel.

For me one particular experience stands out as amazing - I placed an order which was sent by courier, however I was out when the order was delivered and the package was taken to a store nearby for collection.
