I like chewables and I took a risk with my first order. I was pleasantly surprised! These tabs were so easy to use and so effective. I only take them when I start feeling run down or if I feel I have been exposed or have a virus starting in my system. They help kick it sometimes before it begins. I have waited almost 2 months for this to be back in stock. I won’t use any other zinc. Thank You for creating this high quality product!

I've been using since my shoulder replacement in 2021 for healthy tissue growth.

Relaxed sleep with Rest Well which has both tryptophan and Vit B6 and Riboflavin. Two weeks so far and going well.

My daily urine ph checks are staying within range so the alkalizing minerals seem to be working.

After trying different brands of magnesium, I find this one to be a quality product, pure, no fillings, highly absorbable, but I add Choline Citrate to help me sleep well all night.
