So comfortable! Runs big. I was pleasantly surprised by how cushioned these were. I had to exchange for a whole size smaller despite the description mentioning true to size. Felt like they were huge on me. The exchange was easy (they provided a QR code for USPS to print for me because who has a printer anymore?) however I do wish the return policy window was more than 14 days from purchase. . . way too tight especially around the holidays
