Package took a long time to ship (ground shipping) -- about a week or a little more. However, once shipped my package arrived quickly. The shoes were very well packaged and came with a dust bag.

Super comfortable and aesthetically beautiful. I didn’t need any time to break them in either which is awesome.

I wear either a seven or 7 1/2. Typically with most boots I wear a 7 1/2 and based on the reviews and sizing guide, I went with a 71/2 but with these boots, I wish I would’ve gone down a size. They will still work as I added an extra insole and some padding along the back of the heel. well-made and bought them at a discount so unable to return and exchange for a smaller size.

Haven't put them on yet but they are a nice pair.

I was worried about the company changing hands but it really is the same great product and the updated size guidance was perfectly accurate. Happy to still have to go to closet full of the same shoes in my fav colors that I wear exlusively spring summer and as far into fall as the temperature allows.
