Unfortunately the taste of the alcohol is too strong and cannot use it anymore. I didn’t feel any better when I did use it so it’s not worth the bad taste (I’m sad I bought 2 bottles because I will not use it ). Thanks

Well shipped, good products

I could notice changes in my sleep with this reishi extract. And it is quite noticeable if you take it regularly. However, I did not notice much relaxation after taking it before sleeping (even if I wait for 1 hour after taking it). Apart from this, I have tried the reishi extract of an Indian company (Nuvedo), and with theirs, I could notice relaxation pretty much instantly. But note that the Australian strain of reishi is different from the Global strain, so it might be because of that reason. Another minor note is that it tastes pretty bad. I have tried the one with glycerine (instead of alcohol) and absolutely loved the taste. Rest assured, it is a great product for someone looking for reishi in Australia!

Really disappointed about the taste of both products, wish they better advertised the amount of alcohol used in it as it taste worse then a shot. Not happy and quite let down as I was quite excited for this
