My regular sleep stack is magnesium and ashwagandha. Initially this worked to great effect but after a month I was waking up again at 3am (although getting back to sleep was still easier). I dropped the ashwagandha and replaced it with Ninthpath Reishi. . . . . so much better! Deeper sleep, no wake ups, no morning tiredness!! Fantastic product!
