The product rendering was immaculate and the ordering process and flexible payment options were top tier customer service convenience.

My first order with Ninja was good. The only issue I see is some of the gang sheet art is very close to another graphic. It is tight enough where I need to get a magnifying glass and a single razor to cut. I understand the need to preserve space to make it best for the customer, but these are arguably too close.

I was having trouble customizing my very first DTF order, i used the Chat service and it created it for me. I specifically said i needed the DTF prints to be white in color and it generated it for me. I asked if i wanted to move forward to check out and i did. I purchased it and when it arrived it was in black. Not only did i lose a week of production time on making the shirts i needed to make but i had to pay money again for another gang sheet.

These stickers are beautiful, vibrant and absolutely gorgeous!! They arrived quickly. I did have a little trouble in the transfer area but the was operator error and finding what works best for your machine. I can't say enough great things about Ninja transfers and their product. Will definitely be ordering again when the need arises.

Love new polos. The wax paper left a bit of a shine on the outside of the iron on so I hope it washes out. Also the iron decal was bent when mailed but it wasn’t bent on the lettering.
