I've done a few orders with Ninja Transfers. They were delivered fast. About 4 or 5 days including the shipping time, which means they left Ninja fast. The software was easy to use online and the best when I compared to other companies. Did great removing backgrounds and creating sizes and sheets. I switched from a hand press to a better heat press machine. It takes a little bit of pressure. Adding heat was not the answer for me. A little trial and error at first. Now it's been very easy and the transfers are peeling first try. Look great! I also like Ninja Transfer's communication and Ninja levels and samples they send. All great personal touches!

After a few days, I received an envelope with the transfers and all the tools needed. They even sent a discount coupon plus a handful of stickers to use at my convenience.
