I was making uniform shirts for a restaurant grand opening; I had a quick turnaround order. Talked to customer service at Ninja and ensured my delivery time and all was good to go. Oops, for whatever reason half my order was not going to be here in time, no reason. I called customer service and they saw no reason for the delay but clearly saw it was going to miss the date. An hour after speaking to the rep she phoned me back stating that my order was in production right now for a reprint and would be overnighted immediately. It was! It arrived, perfectly ready for me to press and meet my deadline. Now that’s customer service!!! Thank you Ninja, your CSR was great to work with, understood my request and problem, and took care of the issue. I am extremely grateful.

The shirts are awesome, I need to get some more and the transfers we’re kinda what I was looking for and that was probably on me, but the people I made it for liked it, so it’s all good, thank you very much. I would like to get more transfers like in a bulk or sheet and price thank you

Ordered transfers for myself before offering to others so far after one wash they are holding up. The designs are exactly what I uploaded. When making a bigger order though with both transfers and blanks with the shipping would change and not be separate.
