I sent in the artwork and I received patches of logos (intricate logos) that were beautifully done! I couldn’t have asked for them to look any better. Also had them out in caps…. that looks amazing as well! I definitely recommend.

This was my third time using Ninja. First off they do great work. We use them to make patches for the Armed Forces of Haiti. The simplicity in uploading the artwork is so convenient. And the final result does not disappoint. Even with the free shipping option, we get them within about 2 weeks give or take, which seems fast for the numbers we order. Finally price, their minimum is 25 and that still comes out to a better cost than order less someplace else. Ninja has a good partner. I strongly recommend them.

Heat and pressure settings needed adjustment, was melting the patches. When made, there should have adjustments to take into account the detail losses when pressing. Overall, good experience and customer accepted finished product.
