Quick delivery and nice products.

Slow to ship but worth the wait.

A creative piece that is special.

Good service. Easy to navigate orders and returns. And I love that there are petite sizes

The dress is very pretty and comfortable!

I bought a pair of these jeans a while back and absolutely love them. I always get compliments on them and am asked where I purchased them (Dillards). I decided to purchase the same item again because of the comfort, quality and stylishness they possess. They no longer had them at Dillards so I checked the NIC+ZOE website and was elated to find they were in sale. They were marked as ~sale no return~, but because I was ordering the same size jeans I had previously bought, I had no concern with ordering two. When they arrived, I was disappointed because although they are the same denim and quality, these are cut a size smaller than the original purchase. I almost never order no return items online and will most likely not again because of this very issue. Until you try something on you just don’t know it will fit. Unfortunately, quality control doesn’t seem to be what it was many years ago.

I highly recommend.

Consistent delivery times with every order though I live in a remote area.

I emailed the staff (not the bot) for a style consult on pairing this sweater with different necklines and they responded promptly with a helpful answer.

Material and fit are perfect. This bolero and top can be dressed up or dressed down. I highly recommend this outfit.

The ship promptly and was better than I expected, and I expected it to be real good!

Service is fine. No issues.
