No problem with the shipping or packaging of item

One piece was great, the other awful. I would return it but it was final sale. Total waste of money.

Shipping and service was top-notch!

The pendant is crafted of very high quality. I can’t say the same about the lapis beads. I found tiny broken off pieces and a necklace out of its protected bag as I opened the order. Not up to my standards, as I find Nic & Zoe to be really nice quality on a usual bases. I am away on vacation and not sure when I can return.

So so. Too expensive. Guess I’ll keep it.
