Received great fabric but took some time to arrive. There was a delay with one of the selections in my order and I had to reach out to learn this - the owner said he had emailed me about it but I never got the email! Overall great experience though.

I was offered an alternative to something I ordered that was out of stock and a sample was sent of that textile. That is above expectations and much appreciated!

The selection is nice and the orices are decent, but there is no or limited information about the fabric compoaition available online. When I asked about a specific fabric’s composition in percentages (the online listing just said cotton/spandex) via email, I received a response that they BELIEVED it had 7% spandex. Which does not instill much confidence. I then ordered a sample, which also did not list the compotion, but based in the feel I concluded it had less than 7% spandex. I recently sent an email reuqesting composition info about 3 other samples I received, but have not received an answer 9 days later.

I am trying to find a particular blue color for pants/shorts. Rather than trusting the internet for colors, I ordered swatches. One was too dark and the other too light. I am happy I received the swatches rather than ordering yardage and being disappointed.

I always usually have flawless transactions with nick of times textiles but that one time there was an issue, they worked with me to get it situated asap! Great customer service, awesome fabrics. I ALWAYS use this site for fabric and will continue on doing so

my only concern is how is is packaged for shipping. The box was opened at one end and the fabric was exposed to the elements. There was no covering over the fabric at all. It turned out ok. . but had there been oil anywhere near the box, the fabric would have been ruined…and it is such nice fabric!
