Shipping, service, attention to messages and killer customer service - this is the most enjoyable online purchasing experience I've had in a long time. Mostly because its low key and doesn't harass you with tons of emails because you looked at one item or put something in a cart, or remind me to come back, etc. etc. I only wish I had more access online for sales or discounted items, but thats definitely changed recently with some killer marketing emails/promos. Or maybe even a slight discount for buying multiple prints instead of the cost not changing if you order one or three? Needless to say I'm a customer for life so I can't wait to see whats new and dropping soon. The website itself is easy to navigate on both phone or laptop, and I love not having tons of pop ups. Mahalo.
