I buy a grill every three years. I live at the beach so there is no getting around it. I also use the grill at least once a week. When I go to the store for the price and quality I am lookin for I always end up with a Nexgrill. I think this one will be the fourth since we have lived here in St Augustine FL. Alway built great. Even heating and grilling. Built tough.

I am very pleased with the grills I have two of them One of the vacation house the other at the local residence which I do most of my cooking on add to replace deflector shield‘s on each one other than that I’m very pleased the product

Price was great, works well for the most part. Assembly was a little tricky as wish there was some instruction instead of pictures as have to figure out angles a bit on your own. I would definitely recommend this BBQ is someone wants a dependable and generally solid bbq that will produce consistent results for a very reasonable price Only complaints are whole grill heats up unevenly at times and cleaning can be difficult since the grills move pretty easily when using a brush.

The grill is fine for the Price

I identified the part that I needed to replace from the manual that came with the grill when I purchased it. I bought the part at Home Depot and installed it. Installation was pretty straight forward. It works.

My husband loves it

My first grill showed up damage in shipping. So I am lucking and have a pickup and returned it Home Depot for a replacement that took too much time for a simple return of damaged item. The grill I did get has worked good. The grill itself seems to be a little weak in it structure . And it has acted up about 6 times with a very low flame with a full tank of propane.

The removable drip pan was an excellent design improvement. There was little additional manufacturing cost, and will probably prolong the life of the product. This replaced the most corrosion vulnerable component of the firebox, and has been the source of all my rust-out problems I started using this type of grill in the mid 1980's I believe. This makes it a terrific value. (I am a manufacturing/design engineer, with 45 years experience.)

Since new it occasionally will not heat up over 200 degrees with all 5 burners on high. Faulty regulator?
