The grill cooked very well and it was almost completely smokeless. The water trap underneath caught and quickly cooled the grease drips, and the non-stick coating made it easy to clean. However, the partition of the heating element into a high, medium, and low sections made each section too small for my use. As a result I returned it. If Nexgrill made a grill with no partitions of the healing elements I would have bought it.

We are very pleased with the purchase of our grill. We had one little issue that Nexgrill took care of over the phone and they even did our registration at the same time.

Great grill, easy to assemble, easily converted to natural gas, I would give 5 stars if the handle didn't get as hot as the grill.

The Nexgrill BBQ was awesome. All stainless steel parts and easy to clean. I couldnt find the orifices for changing from propane to natural gas and had to call customer service. It took over 2 months to finally get the right person/department. Eventually they arrived but way to much work to receive support.

The salesman was so helpful and patient with all our questions. We love our Green Egg. Grilling is easy, the food is delicious. Easy to take care of!

Does not cook evenly on burners. There is better strength of flames on specific areas

We bought the grill assembled but it seems to me that two burners on left do not get as hot as those 2 on right. Otherwise grill has been great. Any advice to get all burners working the same would be appreciated.

We have a NEXXXGRILL and have always had a positive experience with the product. Also, ordering parts for our grill is fast and easy.

Overall performance is good. It took a while to adjust to the power of the four flame bars and temperature guage to keep an even temperature. Open back vent allowed rain water into drain cup.

Bought at end of grilling season in Oklahoma at Home Depot in November 2020 because it had 6 burners and larger grilling area for large family gatherings and because it was Natural Gas compatible. However, didn't fully realize that had to "convert" grill to natural gas so I then procrastinated on changing burner nozzle jets from LP to NG and installing new regulator and hose to NG line. It was much easier than expected and grilled beautifully for the first time over the weekend and burgers, hot dogs and chicken kabobs came out perfect.

I would recommend buying this product, I own two of them . It works great

I bought the grill for it smaller size. It needs all it power to heat up but it does the job. I use it year round. It is a great color! The grill color has been turned brown due to cooking. I have found one major benefit in this grill It uses half of the propane of my former Kichen aid grill. I also had to purchase a larger heavier grill cover as the stock cover is worthless. It is made for show.. I have been using an outdoor grill for 52 years and this one is #9..

The contract was honored and I did replace my grill.

like the grill but it runs really hot. when we turn it down we loose a burner or two. works great if you dont use all the burners and keep the food moved around.
