I received no explanation as to why tonic had been removed from your products list, (just that it had been removed), nor information on whether it would or would not return.

Hi Nexba . Jo Bockman here again wondering why the "ordinary" drink flavours of the Nexba range seem to have disappeared from supermarket shelves. There is plenty of everything with kombucha but very little of the ordinary flavours. Even the tonic water is not being stocked anymore. And if they are in stock it's usually the 4 can/ bottle packs which is very expensive. In my gathering of evidence to my complaint, last week I purchased a 4 X 330 bottle pack of Pink Grapefruit & Tasmanian Pepperberry seltzer because it was reduced for quick sale: price $7.50 down from $15.00!!! At normal price that is $3.75 for 330mls. Even at the "special" price it is expensive . Not hard to understand why people would change allegiance, go to Aldi & purchase Fever-Tree drinks & mixers @ $5.99 for 4 X 200ml. Fever-Tree is an English owned company so there go the jobs and helping support Australian companies. I have been able to find some watermelon flavoured Iced Tea for $2.00 per 1 litre bottle @ Nor supermarket but it seems to be a once off as they were not on the shelf but in bulk carton display. I have been visiting Coles, Woolworths & IGA and none seem to be supporting the "ordinary" range of drink flavours & if the prices stay so ridiculously high I'd bet the kombucha will be not stocked either. I was delighted to find Nexba drinks to get away from the 950 & 951 chemical sweeteners in other drink brands. Even Coles tonic water has these two chemicals added. Disappointed . I ordered a 12x rainforest lime tonics and got a note saying sold out and refunded. So i am curious why it is still on the website and why not send or ask me about replacing it with pepper flavour ? I really enjoy your product and now am i bit confused. Please clarify . thanks

I submitted a product complaint and got a reply asking for more information but since then I have heard nothing

Whilst the products are excellent, the company has in my experience twice harvested personal information via surveys with the incentive of high discount codes, with preferred products being out of stock until the code becomes invalid. Reaching out to customer service to request that the code was honoured when products became available was unsuccessful and dismissive. Highly unethical practice and I have since switched to a different brand as a result.

Ask about a particular drink, the watermelon iced tea, firstly you get there is a shortage with ingredients then you wait months and months, email them again cause they never let you know and they tell you it’s discontinued! What a joke, I had stomach surgery last year and this was the only drink I could have as it was not too sweet nor was it full of calories! Not everyone likes kombuchas your company is pathetic

Tried some of your varieties and loved them so thought I’d look on line and decided to buy something different.
