As a diabetic I love your product but find it difficult to find the softdrink in warrnambool coles and woolies

I have stopped buying nexba at Sainsbury’s and directly for two reasons. Your prices went considerably higher and in keeping with other kombucha in the stores which I consider to be overpriced per ml and a luxury item which I have to avoid. You are delivering it cheaper per ml in plastic bottles available at the store. I try to avoid plastic bottles whether they are recycled or not. We need to continue to reduce the amount of plastic. So unless these are made from fully recycled bottles and will then be recycled again in other words a cyclical bottling system including the caps then I will not be buying.

Unfortunately I can never find what Im after There is no helpful response from anyone and when I find a drink I love it seems to disappear from the market as soon as it appears There is absolutely no consistency with your company and I have stopped trying

Bad taste, no response etc etc etc etc

The taste of cola is not the same, you can see stocks not moving like it used to. I have reached out immediately after my first taste of the odd flavor but nobody bothered to reach out with any updates

Nexba products are the best sugar free beverage on the market. I have successfully lost weight using them as mixers and cold drinks and they quench thirst without unpleasant aftertaste and don’t offer the same risks as artificially sweetened beverages. Just wish they made a dry ginger….

We absolutely love the crafted sodas! They taste amazing & are the only ‘fizzy drinks’ we have. Thanks Nexba crew!

Was 5* when I could get from local supermarket. Appreciate that’s likely outwith your control. I personally don’t like the can sizes and don’t buy any brand. Your product is I believe the best however stock outs online are very common.

Their naturally sugar free tonic water with no artificial sweeteners was unique and served a growing market. But they dumped it. Probably some bean counter consultant at work
