Was disappointed because I was sent a size smaller than what I ordered by mistake and even though they communicated well, I was upset that they didn’t try to correct the issue and send me the correct size right away… they wanted me to return the incorrect size first which I understand but couldn’t do asap due to me being out of town.

As of right now, I’m not satisfied at all. Everything was good until I received the jacket jacket is decent quality. I do like it a lot but I ordered a large and this jacket is a medium at best. It is way too small even though it is a large. I have alway worn large. I’ve tried calling to find out how to exchange but no return call. Had to leave a message. Please help me exchange this jacket.

Everything was seamless, ordering, shipping, delivery.

Easy to shop and order. Emails stated when boots were shipped and they arrived on the day stated in the emails. Great follow up!

So far I can not complain. I did ship my boots back and they have been received. I hope the return goes smoothly. This shipping was fast. I wish finding out how to do and where to send return was easier.
