Perfect fit

Horrible. The left boot was 100% beat, used, abused. It felt very loose, had multiple scuffs, the red is also coming off with the simple swipe of a finger.

These boots are absolutely freaking AWESOME! The style, the fit, the look! Sizing is perfect for me! 10D I'm a 10. 5 in shoes, and sometimes a 10w in boots, so I was a little concerned about a 10d but they fit like a glove. Super excited to wear them! Lots of compliments! I love them! my favorite pair now! I really like the brand. My 2nd pair and they are just as gorgeous, I though love these more.

Was disappointed because I was sent a size smaller than what I ordered by mistake and even though they communicated well, I was upset that they didn’t try to correct the issue and send me the correct size right away… they wanted me to return the incorrect size first which I understand but couldn’t do asap due to me being out of town.

As of right now, I’m not satisfied at all. Everything was good until I received the jacket jacket is decent quality. I do like it a lot but I ordered a large and this jacket is a medium at best. It is way too small even though it is a large. I have alway worn large. I’ve tried calling to find out how to exchange but no return call. Had to leave a message. Please help me exchange this jacket.
