We purchased the tip top bunk for our daughters (aged 2 and 5). We loved the concept of being able to have stand alone twin beds and then convert them into bunk beds when our eldest daughter turns 6. I am extremely disappointed that the beds are not identical when they stand alone. In the advertising pictures it very clearly shows two identical and independent twin beds. However, upon final assembly the beds are very dissimilar in appearance - i. e. , height of headboard and footboard, exterior posts - everything. The beds are a nice soft white and neutral wood that I love, but I would have never purchased this had I know the beds were not not identical when standalone. I've repetitively bought from Newton and am sincerely disappointed by the falseness of their item listing and hope their customer service can provide prompt resolution to restore my faith and support in the Newton brand and community.

I don’t normally take time to write reviews but now I’ve had too many bad experiences to not take the time to write one. I really started out liking newton so not sure if the quality and customer service has just gone down hill over the last couple years or what. The quality of the bassinet doesn’t last through one child. The fabric that surrounds the bassinet has a huge hole just after using with one child. I also read another review that complains it’s not level which I didn’t really think to take out our level to see but now after reading that I do agree it tilts to one side forcing my baby to roll/favor one side over the other. Then, I purchased the crib mattress which honestly has held up for both my kids so no complaints there. The mattress cover works and is easy to take on and off to wash. Wanting to stick with the brand because my toddler is a tummy sleeper I purchased the twin mattress. Not only is it too hard to sleep on- which their recommendation was to purchase the waterproof mattress cover to soften it which didn’t make a difference, but it’s so complicated to piece together. It’s essentially just three crib mattresses with individual linings, then shoved together in a zipper cover. Which ideally you don’t want to be washing this all the time with potty training, hence the waterproof mattress cover but despite following the care instructions the waterproof top has shrunk therefore not covering the whole mattress and now I have a half working mattress cover and now have to take the whole thing apart if my potty training toddler has an accident. The original version that came with the mattress when I purchased it is different from another one I had purchased through Amazon. When I tried to talk with customer service I got an AI bot that said if I purchase via newtons website it’s the same version I bought with the mattress so I repurchased again through newton this time to hopefully get the original mattress cover I had. Poor customer service. Maybe AI but no matter what we wrote we got identical response saying to file a claim. Which didnt make sense since we emailed immediately upon receiving our items. They arrived damaged and dirty on the outside and in the case of the sheets, with manufacturing defects as well. The poor workmanship on the crib and the cheap quality of the mattress aside, expecting the customer to file a claim when we sent clear photos and immediate reports of manufacturing defect is poor customer service.

Absolutely love the compact travel crib. It is genuinely so lightweight, easy to set up, breathable and perfect! Not just for traveling but saving space in your home. Highly recommend! Mom of 2 here :)

As a first-time mom, I did SO much research before choosing a crib mattress, and I’m so glad I went with the Newton Baby Crib Mattress. The biggest thing for me was peace of mind, and this mattress truly delivers. The breathability feature helped ease a lot of my anxiety, especially during those early postpartum nights when you’re constantly checking to make sure your baby is okay. Another HUGE plus is that it’s completely washable. We’ve already had a couple messes, and being able to rinse it off and have it good as new is a game changer. It’s also lightweight, which makes changing sheets so much easier (especially in the middle of the night). Yes, it’s a bit more expensive than other mattresses, but in my opinion, it’s 100% worth it for the safety features and convenience. I would absolutely recommend this to any new parent looking for something high-quality and stress-reducing.

I’ve been really happy with the Newton bassinet. It was super easy to set up and just as easy to clean, which makes a big difference day to day. We have used the newtonbaby mattress since my son was an infant, and now have it in his toddler bed at 3. 5 years. The sheer number of times I have thought “thank goodness for this mattress” is not something I ever think for most baby products - they do their job but nothing special. This mattress though? Impeccable. Chefs kiss. The fact that I can hose it down when my toddler projectile vomits all over it, that my wild rolling infant could breathe through it when he smashed his face up against the bed, that it’s actually comfortable?! Incomparable. Ten stars, thank you newtonbaby!

I received the Essential Bassinet as a collaboration opportunity. Regardless, I love the clean aesthetic of the bassinet and how EASY setup is! No tools required and so convenient to store away. Choosing baby items is so overwhelming, but knowing I can trust the wovenaire fabric of the newton core mattress, gives me a peace of mind as a first time mom!

We bought the travel crib for our baby’s first out of town trip. It was so easy to assemble and disassemble. The mattress that came with it is also comfy. It also came in with a sheet! The delivery was also surprisingly fast. I just wish the travel crib can be adjusted for a specific height because it’s so hard to bend all the way down to put your baby in it. However thats just a minor things. Overall, its still amazing and would recommend and worth it!

We were so excited when we searched for a crib to find the Sprout with natural wood and white washed wood. We wanted something with a natural wood look for our nursery, but when our Sprout crib and dresser came they do not look like the photo on the website. The crib is pretty much completely white. The pictures online make it look much more yellow on the wooded sections. You can see some wood grain, but it is definitely not the look we were going for. It does seem like a quality piece of furniture and assembly was relatively easy. It is too large to return and will serve our baby, but I have been disappointed at the misrepresentation. We have dreamed about our nursery and spent a long time looking for just the right crib, and this isn’t what we thought we ordered.

I bought a crib mattress and it came with a horrible smell. I let it sit out for a month and it still smells. I can’t let my newborn sleep in those so I reached out for customer service and there are none on this website. Will not buy anything here again.
