With great disappointment, I report my experience with FedEx delivery on 25 June 2025. The driver allegedly delivered my parcel to the wrong address, having incorrectly written 64 Crestwood Drive on the packaging instead of the correct delivery address, 53 Crestwood Drive, which is clearly visible from the street. When I contacted FedEx, the representative made little effort to locate the item or provide updates. Instead, I had to personally check each property on the street until I eventually located the parcel. This was both embarrassing and frustrating, as I was required to undergo ID checks and engage in unnecessary arguments simply to retrieve my own package. This error is completely unacceptable given that I paid $40. 00 for express delivery charges for the parcel to be delivered directly to my door. The service fell far short of this standard, and I believe I am entitled to a refund of postage charges for the inconvenience and distress caused. I have photos and supporting evidence of this incident and am prepared to provide them as part of the complaint process. I can be contacted on 0411 235 829 for further information. FedEx must urgently review its delivery methods and accountability processes to prevent similar incidents from happening to other customers.

Our new 'building site' signs were easy to order, arrived very quickly and were perfect for what we needed. They were packed well and in perfect condition. We would definitely recommend this company.

Excellent service and quality item

These reflectors are a nice large size. You need to ensure you have the right surface to attach them to though as they are basically glued. The adhesive we purchased along with the reflectors was not great. It was rather hard to get out, as if it were old. Once out, getting the reflectors to stick to road base or even concrete wasn’t easy. Not the products fault! But just something to be aware of when purchasing.

Sign is a bloody boomer, big enough for the wombats to see without being a haemorrhoid. Very prompt service and looks a good product. Regards Tony
